This movie opened this weekend to large crowds. It's not exactly a Harry Potter movie, but the story is by the author of Harry Potter, and it is set in the Harry Potter Universe.
As might be expected, it's full of CGI, and a couple of the 'beasts' are both cute and funny.

We saw it in Imax 3-D, but it was a waste of money, in that there weren't really enough 3-D effects to make the extra cost worthwhile.
The movie itself, is worthwhile. At times funny, at times serious, and at times, seriously funny.
